RATES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The rates provided are ordinarily for the whole lodge per day. In exceptional circumstances rates per person per day are also given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Your booking is only confirmed when we email written confirmation of booking following receipt of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n * The lodge is obliged to have the booked rooms available according to the present terms and to fulfill the services agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n * The guest is obliged to pay the prices applying to or agreed on for the provision of accommodation and additional services he\/she has made use of or booked for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n * The prices agreed upon include Value Added Tax (VAT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Cancellation must be notified to us in writing at least two(2) weeks in advance of specific booked date(s). A 40% administration fee will be deducted from the booking fee unless there are extenuating circumstances beyond the guest control. Any cancellation in less than one week will attract a 100% charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n SAFETY & VALUABLES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We recommend that guests keep their valuables in a safe place at all times. The Lodge does not accept responsibility for any loss of personal valuables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n * SMOKING<\/em><\/strong>:<\/em> THIS IS A NON-SMOKING LODGE. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO SMOKE IN ROOMS OR WITHIN THE COMPLEX OR GROUNDS DURING YOUR STAY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n * ALCOHOL:<\/em><\/strong> THIS IS A NO ALCOHOL AND NO DRUG LODGE. IT IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE TO DRINK ALCOHOL IN ROOMS OR ANYWHERE ON THE FACILITY DURING YOUR STAY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n * PROSTITUTION OR HOMOSEXUALITY IS STRICTLY PROPHIBITED AT THIS LODGE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n GUEST LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n You shall be liable to pay for any damage to lodge property that you or someone in your party has caused by misuse, carelessness or negligence. Should the guilty individual not come forward or be discovered, then the group as a whole will be held liable. Your access to the service is completely at the discretion of the lodge (The Summer Place). Access to the service may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to violation of this agreement, actions that may lead to liability for the lodge, disruption of access to other users or networks, and violation of applicable internet or social media laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The lodge may revise this agreement at any time without notice.
